This is a placeholder text to be reviewed by legal counsel before launch. It describes the intended handling of pre-registration data.
What we collect
Your email address, the timestamp of your consent, and — only if you choose to answer them — the optional qualification answers (segment, target hardware, use case, urgency, current solution, price range) plus an optional free-text note. We also store the site language you used and, if present, the campaign source in the URL.
Why we collect it
To notify you when Distiller Cloud launches, and to understand in aggregate who the product is for before we build it. The legal basis is your explicit consent, given via the checkbox on the form and verified by the confirmation email (double opt-in).
How long we keep it
Until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Unconfirmed subscriptions are removed automatically.
Who else sees it
Our email delivery provider, strictly to send you the confirmation and launch messages. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by writing to the contact address below. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
